My name is Oliver. I’m a social media platform user like most other people, though probably less than average. The whole reason I got into blogging in the first place was because I have a mind for being a problem solver and troubleshooter.

And one thing about these social media platforms is they do tend to have a lot of problems, errors, glitches, or just things people want to do but don’t know how to. Whenever you’ve got modern technology, you’re going to have errors and problems with it, as well as lots of questions people are asking about it.

That’s why I created this site, to help social media users:

  • Identify, diagnose and solve problems with some popular social media platform
  • Answer some specific queries about social media platforms.
  • In general, try to help users navigate the frustrating impersonal aspect of many of these platforms, where it’s difficult to speak to a real person to get something sorted.

And that’s really it, just aiming for this site to be a useful information hub to answer common queries and solve common problems with popular social media platforms I use (YouTube, Facebook, Telegram).

It’s not a super massive site as I’m just going over some problems I’ve solved myself with my own use of some of these platforms. There’s a massive potential for content expansion for just these 3 and other social media sites as well that I’ll never personally get round to as I’ve too many other projects right now.

It would be a great site for a bigger social media user (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok etc as well as the other platforms) who also has a mind for providing useful information and troubleshooting to take it on and expand the knowledge base of the site to help more users of more platforms solve problems (contact me if you could devote more time to expanding the site and would be interested in doing this).
